The Ten (10) Regions of Cameroon are managed at their regional capitals or headquarters. 

Each region in Cameroon is divided into divisions and subdivisions. These ten regions are headed by governors who are presentative of the Head Of State. 



These governors exert their authority over their respective regions in the country.

The capital of Cameroon is Yaoundé, while the economic capital is Douala.
